– Do user research in order to understand user behavior and optimize the user experience;
– Develop deliverables including site maps, user flows, sketches, and Wireframes, for different devices and platforms, mainly using Sketch;
– Create Product Prototypes to share with the main stakeholders, mainly using invision;
– Design and produce custom experiences and digital assets. I do iterations to the projects based on usability testing and external feedback from the different stakeholders;
– Assist with the development of responsive design, to promote a seamless user experience across all major platforms and browser types.

The difficult task of innovation is a key facet of Research & Development (R&D) institutions. Design thinking, although it has been growing in popularity, is still seen with some distrust, given that its impact is difficult to quantify and its benefits are subjective. This paper wants to address that distrust and contribute to clear it by providing some information about what it can do for companies by taking a look at creative products and services. First, we review the meaning of creative products and services, the concept of innovation, introduce design and some of its applications, as well as its economic impact and move to the meaning of design thinking. Second, we discuss the literature review and establish our findings. Finally, we end with our conclusions and contributions.

The creative industries can be understood as those that cover the information communication mechanisms and patterns of language and expression, thus exerting strong influences in our daily lives. The analysis of color information as a means of expression and content set on the object of study of this research, because it is an element of visual language with important relevance in communication processes and have a great semantic charge, contributing significantly to the composition the syntactic, semantic and pragmatic data. From this reflection on the roles played by the color as a visual sign, relating to its importance to the visual arts as a generator and information support, we concluded the need to create one based digital platform and based on color theory and its cultural aspects, which contributes to the applicability of decisions of visual information resources.
